OIPL Celebrated 71st Independence Day with Project Affected Villages of 4000 MW Odisha UMPP

Orissa Sundargarh(abtaknews.com ) 15 august,2017; Integrated Power Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle for Odisha Ultra Mega Power Project being set up at Sundargarh District of Odisha The project proponent of Odisha UMPP Bhedabahal i.e. Celebrated the 71st Independence Day with the children and students of the schools in project affected villages of Kopsingha, Rupidihi and Lankahuda.

Odisha UMPP officials started activities very enthusiastically. At 6 o'clock was started with the prabhat ferry program.The Children of government schools in the project affected area took a tricolor flag in their hands rallying in all the villages, with singing patriotic songs of the country and slogans. The rally reached the school and the national anthem sung after national flag was hoisted. The students of project affected villages namely Lankahuda, Kopsingha,and Rupidihi Schools performed cultural functions. Deputy Manager Mr. Bibhuti Giri, Advisor Mr. Sarvesh Bhatnagar Executive Mr. Gaurav Singh, Coordinator Mr. Rajkumar Yadav,and Mr. Vishwesh Dasondi, Facilitator Ms. Poonam, Sarpanch of Lankahuda Mr Mukund Kumura and Head Master of Lnakhuda High School Mrs. Geeta Suchita Lakra were present to grace the occasion.
